Party Glock Freddy

A solid starter pick with good splash radius, making wave clearing easier.

Toy Freddy

Has better DPS and a stronger attack type than PGF, but the 4-placement limit makes him less ideal as a starter or for flexible team building.

Paper Pals

The best overall Story 1 starter. With good range, you can't go wrong with this Unit. Very strong and consistent.

JJ

Slightly weaker than Paper Pals, but more team-friendly thanks to a more manageable placement cap.

Bonnie

A dependable beginner unit with straightforward, solid performance.

Chica

Another good beginner unit—simple, consistent, and easy to use.

Golden Freddy

Changed to be a starter, fails as it has low range making it worse than the other options.

Foxy

Low range holds Foxy back, causing him to perform worse than most other uncommons.

Freddy

Being able to place 6 copies sounds good, but it eats half your total unit slots. This makes Freddy inefficient and poor for team building.
