Top 7 Best Slowers

1. Frozen King Foxy: Full AoE Slow, and buffs water units damage when enemies are slowed. 
2. Frostmancer Withered Bonnie: Can get up to 45% slow depending on RNG, but even 15% is great with the stun.
3. Scarecrow Freddy: 30% AoE Slow, but nerfs your units in all stats by 5%. Bum DPS too.
4. Withered Golden Freddy: Good DPS unit, but has to be within 40% of the units range to slow by 20%. Not the worst unit to use in Boss Raids.
5. Puppet: Summons a soul that slows by 20%, good but takes a bit to spawn and wont hit every enemy.
6. Leviathan Mangle: Every 20s slows enemies by 25% for 4s. Bad, but has good DPS which makes it better than whatever CRAP that is below!!!
7. Serpent Endo: Inconsistant junkecile that slows by 20% every 5th hit.
8. Frosty the Snowcake: 10% slow every hit, but it's CD is so high that they will be unslowed before it attacks again.
