Puppet's Alliance

While its full DPS is lower than the others in this tier, its passive gives valuable support utility, and it has the highest placement DPS overall.

Withered Bonnie

After losing his passive, he dropped by over 100 DPS. Still remains a reliable and consistent mid-game unit.

Party Packer Cupcake

Only needing 1 placement makes it great for team building, and its passives provide strong damage-control utility.

Jack-O-Bonnie

A strong unit overall, but limited by its 4-placement cap. Actual DPS may vary since it depends on how frequently enemies trigger its traps.

Puppet

Would be the highest on the list in theory, but it's unrealistic to fully upgrade it right when you place it. Still offers good range and solid placement value.

Golden Freddy

Low range but decent DPS with a useful passive. Not the strongest mid-game option, but not bad either.

Toy Bonnie

Four placements combined with low starting DPS holds it back significantly.

BBNJ

Low range and only decent starting DPS makes it a weak overall choice.

Toy Chica

Very low starting DPS, lacking notable strengths. Not much else to say.
