Story
1: You can substitute Paper Pals for Party Glock Freddy, but you won't be able to win in some maps without adjusting settings. Make sure to stop upgrading Faz-cade only after wave 12, as it will waste more money than producing at that point.
2: When playing nightmare mode, it is recommended that all your units are highly leveled, as enemies are more dangerous. Turn off 2x speed and turn it on when you know you are safe.
Event: Place pals, and then place all your Undead Chica's. Beware, as you do not get cash gain with summons.
Endless
1: This is the best method for presents + coins. Place your Undead Chica's, then your cheapest DPS. Maximize placements, and place Scarecrow Freddy where all your Units can fit.
2: Not recommended, but place Undead Chica's and then your DPS once you know you are safe. Place all your summoners in the same area where Scarecrow Freddy is, that way almost all your units are maximized by the boost.
Event: This is the best method for presents + pumpkins. Follow the same steps as Endless 2.
